Refund policy
Regarding cancellations, returns, and exchanges
(1) You can cancel your order within 12 hours from the date and time of your order. If you wish to cancel your order , please contact our inquiry desk.
(2 ) We will only accept cancellations after the product has been delivered, if the shipped product is defective or different from the ordered product. (Only if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.) Basically, we do not accept cancellations or returns due to customer convenience, so please choose carefully when ordering.
(3) Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for the following products.
・Opened and used products
・Products that have been delivered for more than 7 days
・Products that have scratches or stains at the customer's disposal
・Products without packaging (bags/cases)
・Products processed for customers, such as ordered products and products with names
・Other products whose product introduction page clearly states that they cannot be returned (for details, please contact our inquiry desk)
(4) If there is an obvious defect in the product or if it is the wrong product, we will bear the shipping costs for returning the product. If you do not like the product, or if you wish to return or exchange it due to the customer's convenience, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
